      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the organization by providing measurable data-driven solutions to improve members' health and reduce costs
      - Partner with leadership to analyze internal and external data sources for healthcare utilization trends
      - Translate business intelligence into accessible decision support for stakeholders
      - Develop and implement payment and healthcare service models
      - Conduct contract and reimbursement analytics within the Provider Network Management team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or a related field
      - Minimum of six years’ experience with data reporting and analytics
      - Proficiency with coding/programming and the Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
      - Must not have been or be excluded from participation in any federally funded program

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in business or information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or a related field
      - Experience working with data reporting and analytics in the healthcare or health insurance industry
      - Familiarity with a programming language (SQL, C#, C++, etc.)
      - Experience with statistical languages and software (i.e. SAS, R, Python, etc.)
