      Compensation includes a base salary of $70,700.00 - $106,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      Job Description

      We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that contribute to informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical thinking, business acumen, consulting skills, and knowledge of various aspects of data management and reporting. The role requires a highly motivated and dynamic professional who can deliver solutions.

      Responsibilities:

      • Apply accepted analytics methodologies to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and extract insights that inform strategic decision-making

      • Produce both recurring and ad-hoc BI requests by querying databases and delivering datasets timely and effectively

      • Work closely with stakeholders, collaborating across departments to understand business needs and gather requirements

      • Assist in the collection and analysis of data, preparing comprehensive reports and presenting findings to support business initiatives and decision-making processes

      • Use problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions to business intelligence requests and deliver fundamental insight on challenges and key performance metrics

      • Work within various reporting and visualization tools including Workday Analytics, Prism, Tableau, PowerBI and Alteryx along with others

      • Manage availability of data efficiently and complies with all data governance and data privacy standards

      • Create analyses and automations using a combination of tools and languages including SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau and Workday

      Qualifications and Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field

      • Requires strong knowledge of python, excel and SQL

      • Ability to draw insights using data and to make meaningful business recommendations

      • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

      • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, adapting to different organizational levels

      • Attention to detail
