  POSITION OVERVIEW

  dormakaba is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst based on a hybrid basis in Indianapolis, IN. The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for supporting the needs of business stakeholders by acquiring and reporting data across all business functions. The role is primarily focused on the needs of dormakaba Americas which includes the US, Canada, and Latin America, but responsibilities will also align with the overall global BI initiatives. The role requires strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and a customer-focused mindset. The BI Analyst will anticipate business needs and collaborate across business disciplines with adaptability. The BI Analyst should be comfortable with ambiguity and relentlessly resourceful. They will serve as a business partner who works with a sense of urgency and manages complexity with decision quality. They should possess a high level of accuracy with a proactive approach to learning new skills and tools.

  HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $85,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist in developing, implementing and fine-tuning cloud data structures used within cloud-based systems and platforms.
  • Intake reporting requirements, identify data sources, and acquire data to develop recurring or ad hoc reports.
  • Assist in building reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Support process improvement initiatives. Tasks may include process mapping, data collection, data analysis, facilitating meetings, etc.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative reporting and analysis for data-driven business decisions, and value-added actionable recommendations to boost performance and business programs.

  WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business/Finance or related field
  • Technical Experience in SAP and Power BI
  • Experience designing and building data visualizations with MS Excel, Power BI, SAP Analytics for Cloud (SAC), or similar reporting tools

  WHAT WE PREFER

  • Experience in Accounting, Finance and/or SIOP manufacturing operations.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in cloud data warehouse architecture, modeling and visualization
