- Lead the analysis of business requirements and design tailored data visualization solutions.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards to showcase critical business insights.
- Partner with business leaders to understand data challenges and uncover strategic opportunities.
- Craft impactful data stories that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of BI reports and visualizations.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to executive-level stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Tableau for creating and managing dashboards and visualizations.
- Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Solid experience with data querying and analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
