      As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will work with our Finance and Business stakeholders to create automated and scalable analytical tools that will ultimately be critical in driving the growth and profitability of the business. This includes building the infrastructure for regular reporting on business performance, building insights into various profitability related programs, and deep diving the assumptions behind each program to test our initial hypotheses and assumptions. You will leverage the data to provide key data-driven insights, enable new opportunities, and innovate on behalf of our business customers.

      Key job responsibilities
      Own, design, develop, document, and manage scalable solutions for new and ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business needs.
      Generating actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards and deep dive analyses.
      Serve as a technical, business-metrics specialist and insight provider in the organization.
      Acting as a key interface between our business customers and technical divisions.- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
      - 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
      - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
      - Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
      - Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
      - Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $89,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
