About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join our dynamic Trade Marketing team, reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager. This is a pivotal role within our commercial organization, where data meets strategy. You will be responsible for leading market and retail performance analysis, automating reporting processes, and delivering insight-driven recommendations that influence decisions across sales, trade marketing, and category development. As the go-to expert for retail market data (Nielsen/Circana), you will translate complex datasets into clear, actionable trade stories that unlock commercial opportunities. You will also manage and mentor a Business Intelligence Executive, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead deep-dive analyses of retailer POS data to monitor market share trends, category dynamics, distribution gaps, and competitive landscapes. Your insights will support in-market execution, retailer negotiations, and internal strategic reviews. You will identify opportunities for category growth through assortment analysis, distribution expansion, pricing dynamics, and promotional effectiveness. A key part of your role will be to develop and maintain automated dashboards and recurring reports, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, embedding insights into decision-making processes. Additionally, you will work with distributors to align on performance diagnostics and drive market execution improvements
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a candidate with a university degree and at least five years of experience in the FMCG industry. You should have deep expertise in Nielsen and/or Circana retail POS data, and a proven track record in retail performance diagnostics, promo evaluation, and category development. Strong technical skills in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar tools are essential. You should be confident in automating reporting tools, simplifying complex processes, and presenting insights in a compelling way. Excellent communication and storytelling skills are key, along with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in Greek and English, along with a high level of personal drive, integrity, and work ethic, will be critical to your success in this high-impact role.
