- Provide quantitative analysis for multiple business areas including ticketing, marketing, media, sales, and operations.
- Propose and build statistical models and utilize machine learning; projects include revenue forecasting, product development, ticket pricing, fan segmentation, and customer retention & acquisition.
- Synthesize insights to deliver creative, new thinking and recommendations.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify data & analytics needs; propose, develop and execute solutions to meet needs.
- Package and communicate analytical findings (trends, etc.) and develop presentations as needed.
- Support Business Intelligence efforts as needed.
- Proficiency in R and/or Python
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of relational databases and experience using SQL
- Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI a plus
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and KORE software a plus
- Strong initiative & willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Highly organized, detail oriented
- Ability to think analytically and creatively
- Adaptability to environment involving several simultaneous projects – multitasking
- Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and solve problems with little supervision

Sr. Business Data & Modeling Analyst
Dept: Business Intelligence
Position is full-time, hybrid work environment. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Paid medical; Dental, Vision; 401k, Pension; most meals included. This is not a financial analyst position.
General Description
As a member of the Strategy & Analytics team, the Sr. Data & Modeling Analyst will be responsible for statistical modeling, machine learning, data analysis and reporting and will support ticketing, stadium operations, marketing & fan development, corporate partnerships, media and other stakeholders as needed. This role will exhibit a strong understanding of business strategy and objectives, collaborate effectively with departments, and utilize data to identify opportunities and solve problems.
The analyst will work with a variety of data sets, tools & resources and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Enthusiasm for the role and attention to detail are essential.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in data science, business analytics, statistics or related and appropriate field. 2-4 years’ experience in related field/position.
