      This job is considered a subject matter expert in the corporate and commercial real estate life cycle. The Business Management (BM) role for Global Real Estate is responsible for handling data (data governance, reporting), business management and operational procedures according to company guidelines. Their duties include analyzing and validating data, updating records, storing documents, and ensuring data accuracy. They also lead and assist staff and peer teams with data entry tasks and submit data for audits that relate to various processes. The BM will build reports, create dashboards to help guide leadership and assist with development of key performance indicators and presentations for executive committee review. Additionally, but not limited to the following – other assignments will entail effective data collection and management; research and develop efficient processes for data mismatches, audits, and lost data between entities and systems; work closely with functional business leaders/units to understand data needs and provide relevant insights for optimizing processes and achieving strategic goals.



      Key Responsibilities and Duties

      • Working with existing data sets and finding supporting data for a corporate real estate portfolio. This includes analyzing data on property assets, leasing, facility management, operational and capital expenses, and finance.
      • Developing analysis, reporting capabilities, and preparing findings for presentation to senior management.
      • Monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements to set targets and forecasting.
      • Performing key compliance testing on data to adhere to policies and procedures.

      Educational Requirements

      • University (Degree) Preferred

      • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

      Required:

      • 5+ years experience in data analytics, financial analysis and data governance/management in a corporate or commercial real estate function

      Preferred:

      • 7+ years experience in data analytics, financial analysis and data governance/management in a corporate or commercial real estate function
      • Bachelors Degree preferred

      Base Pay Range: $100,400/yr. - $138,900/yr.

      Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
