      As the Business Manager, you’ll be part of an exciting time in Business Banking as we transform and develop Business Banking for our customers and our colleagues. This position has responsibility for supporting the Head of Business Banking Transformation in all aspects of our significant transformation programme project.

      The difference you’ll make:

      • Supporting proactively with key activities particularly arising from senior meetings and steer co liaising with the relevant member of the leadership team and/or senior business stakeholder to execute
      • Ensuring that the Head of Business Banking Transformation is fully briefed with all relevant information ahead of meetings with senior stakeholders
      • Liaising with all stakeholders to support all aspects of our Business Banking Transformation Project
      • Demonstrating an ability to convert complex information on a wide range of topics into simple but highly effective reporting both internal and external including but not limited to Board reports, senior forums, and regulatory requirements
      • Identifying and tracking key project initiatives and developments to assist in the evaluation and monitoring of their success Key Accountabilities
      • Support the Head of Business Banking Transformation and the Leadership team with all aspects of Business Coordination, Change Management, Digital and Operational Transformation Delivery

      What you’ll bring:

      • Experience of managing projects/programmes where multiple stakeholders are involved at senior management level, with demonstratable experience of building relationships with ability and credibility to influence
      • Exceptional Powerpoint & Presentation skills to write presentation packs, board papers, attend board meetings & prepare reports required to evaluate information, and evidenced based recommendations

      It would also be nice for you to have:

      • Thorough working experience within Business Banking, including detailed knowledge of processes systems and procedures
      • Consultancy experience used to making informed decisions and solve problems , improving efficiency & developing strategies
      • Risk, Regulatory and Compliance frameworks as well as ability to address areas of concern through actions that mitigate
      • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to challenge confidently

      This role is based in Milton Keynes and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

      How we’ll reward you:

      As well as a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs. For part-time / contract roles, your salary, bonus (where eligible) and certain benefits will be prorated to reflect your working hours / contract duration.

      • We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer
      • 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
      • £6,000 car allowance per year
