Department Overview:
The Division of Facilities Planning & Management (FP&M) is a full-spectrum service organization that builds, maintains, and operates the physical environment of the UW-Madison campus in support of the university's education, research, and outreach activities.
FP&M works behind the scenes to coordinate campus planning, manage design and construction, maintain and operate buildings and grounds, supply utility services, ensure health and safety, and provide parking and transportation services.
Our campus customers include anyone working, studying, visiting, or living on campus.
The Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor provides administrative support services to all FP&M units in the areas of finance, human resources, and marketing and communications.Anticipated Start Date:

Will vary depending on the student's availability. Schedule to be determined by employer and employee. We are hoping to find an employee who can work 10-15 Hours per week. Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:

1 Qualifications:
Candidates must be comfortable using computers, have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ability to work independently in a collaborative team setting. Prior data entry experience is preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Applicants must be comfortable using computers.
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving.
• Quality-oriented and efficient.
• Ability to become proficient in data entry.
• Applicants must be reliable, attentive to detail, and able to work independently while maintaining a professional demeanor.Position Summary/Job Duties:
We are seeking an independent, self-motivated student employee to assist with entering accounts payable invoices for UW-Madison Facilities Planning and Management. The candidate must be proficient in data entry.

Sitting or standing during scheduled work hours.
