- Administration Coordinator:
- Manage agency-wide administrative tasks and processes
- Serve as a liaison and point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders
- Provide back-up support for Executive Assistant
- Support coordination of agency contracting and procurements
- Support Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) requests
- Track and coordinate technology assets
- Coordinate and facilitate tasks related to Human Resources
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate and process P-Card usage and reconciliation?
- Coordinate, process, and track agencywide travel
- Act as agencywide timekeeping system coordinator
- Provide administrative support to and participate in the internal employee engagement committee
- Support Operations Manager with work related to continuity of operations and standard operating procedures
- Support and help build out centralized document storage (SharePoint, Teams)
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Location
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site as needed. In this position you can expect to work on site at the Ellie Caulks Opera House at least 3 days a week. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.

Required Minimum Qualifications
Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of experience administering business operations or operational programs and/or assisting professional/management staff with administrative or operational functions.
Education/Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education.
Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.
