      BUSINESS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

      The Role-

      We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to ensure the key operational and trade support processes are completed, documented, analysed, and improved in line with business growth. We are looking for someone who is, proactive, keen to learn, hard working and up for the challenge

      Responsibilities:

      • Providing trade support for the trading team by perform pre and post trade checks
      • Trade matching and settlement
      • Monitoring and maintaining customer account trade instructions and cash allocations.
      • Managing stocks and shares ISAs, General investment accounts, Lifetime ISAs, Junior ISA and Pensions
      • Dividend processing
      • Escalation point for client service team and point of contact for investigations into client account history
      • Supporting product development by working with software developers and product managers
      • Improving processes
      • Reporting (FCA Transaction reporting, US regulatory reporting etc)

      Skills/ Qualifications:

      • Extensive interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders of all levels
      • Proven ability to analyse, amend and document processes and procedures
      • Excel knowledge
      • Strong analytic and problem solving skills
      • Excellent attention to detail
      • Critical thinking
      • Ability to drive organisational change
      • Ability to collaborate with multiple business units within the organisation to effect change
      • Hard working and determined
