Supervise the integration of PO processing and invoice reconciliation with intergroup teams, including cadence management, SLA tracking, resolving high-priority issues, driving improvement activities, and supporting service expansion as needed.
Ensure quality assurance in invoice reconciliation and processing execution.
Engage key stakeholders throughout the process, including team members across geographical locations, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Continuously improving tools, processes, and reporting to better support responsibilities and the evolving business needs.
5+ years in similar role within Tech or Financial Services.
Exposure to project management systems i.e. Service Now.
Understanding and experience in financial modelling of budgets and forecasts
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

The Office of the CIO (OCIO) is a multi-disciplinary team that drives operational excellence by consistently communicating, planning, monitoring, and evaluating performance for Technology for ING Australia.
The Business Operations Officer reporting to the Workforce Management & Business Operations Lead, OCIO, for ING will be skilled in managing the Request to Pay (RTP) lifecycle and supervising global teams, collaborating with the Workforce Management & Business Operations Lead, OCIO, to achieve precise business operations objectives.
