      Job Summary

      This role combines strategic program management with strategic initiatives & strategy, focusing on enhancing business and IT operations within SHI Corp. The Business Operations Program Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing programs, processes, and communication strategies to ensure efficient execution and alignment across the company. By fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, this person will contribute significantly to departmental goals.

      This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset NJ or SHI Austin, TX office location as determined by SHI management.

      Responsibilities

      Include, but are not limited to:

      • Lead multiple strategic IT initiatives, establishing KPIs/ OKRs for the Information Technology department.
      • Implement continuous improvement processes for programs, including performance measurement, process analysis, improvement planning, and change management.
      • Use data analysis to establish metrics for IT product performance, team efficiencies, and provide recommendations for improvements.
      • Coordinate and track the progress of programs and projects, analyze policies, goals, and objectives of the program and evaluate overall program and project success.
      • Lead and manage critical strategic initiatives within IT.
      • Establish and manage training programs for the department.
      • Provide ongoing operational management for strategic IT Programs.
      • Explore new strategic opportunities by analyzing gaps, creating processes to address challenges, and ensuring alignment with IT roadmap.
      • Effectively communicate program expectations to IT resources and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      • 5+ years of experience in managing programs and/or project administration preferred
      • 5+ years of experience of business, people operations, or program management experience required
      • 5+ years of experience consulting and working with leadership teams, executives, and sr. leadership teams required
      • Experience in driving product vision, roadmap, design, communication, and building relationships for project teams and business partners preferred

      • Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels and being coachable with an ability to accept direction.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage processes and operations

      Additional Information

      • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $135,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
