- Req#: 290716
- Work in a fast-paced environment with monthly closeout goals to eliminate the contract closeout backlog efficiently and effectively
- Communicate across internal and external stakeholders to obtain concurrence for closeout
- Reconcile contract costs against applicable current rates and prior receivables to determine any additional final billing
- Review, prepare, and submit closeout documents
- May manage projects and processes
- May be asked to coach and review the work of lower level employees
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to perform with a high attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Strong sense of customer service
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Deltek Costpoint Experience
- Experience using WAWF
- Experience using Cognos
- Knowledge of government accounting and contract types (CPFF, T&M, FFP)
- Research and analysis background

This position will work in a collaborative environment to support a broad range of administrative and financial closeout functions. The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for providing transactional, administrative, and repeatable services to the organization in an efficient and timely manner.
This is a hybrid position located at our business complex in Oklahoma City.
