Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with assigned Campaign Operations Associates to provide ongoing feedback and coaching
Monitor direct report performance by regularly reviewing individual and team performance data
Monitor incoming task volume and use the data to make informed staffing recommendations
Collaborate with the COA leadership team on process updates
Provide on the fly support by responding to requests in Slack
Approve launch requests from the client team
Monitor and assess upcoming launch volume and communicate approvals/adjustments as needed
Address behavioral and performance issues with direct reports when necessary
Contribute to regular departmental and cross-departmental meetings
Take responsibility of ad hoc special projects as assigned by BizOps Leadership

2-3 years of experience in business operations
High school diploma or GED required
Technical skills: G Suite
Prior experience in training/leadership/supervisory role preferred
Ability to pull and interpret data using reporting software
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, paid time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Base compensation range: $24.00 - $28.00 hourly. Equity is included in the overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.

Ibotta is seeking a Business Operations Supervisor to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of Campaign Operations Associates, driving performance and efficiency while collaborating closely with leadership to shape processes and ensure smooth project execution.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
