      The Vendor Flex team is hiring for a Business Optimization Analyst, who will be responsible for the day to day health, management, and optimization of our ever-evolving business. You will have direct ownership of a suite of vendors and products that directly impact the long-term sustainability of our business.



      Key job responsibilities
      - Assume ownership over a portfolio of vendors, working directly with external vendor leadership to drive business improvements.

      - Own key metrics and their respective inputs, identify trends, and deep-dive root causes to resolution.
      - Maintain cross-functional partnership with business and operation teams, collaborating on ideas to drive performance improvements.

      - Continuously seek ways to invent and simplify across our business, identifying non-value added tasks that can be automated.

      We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

      Bellevue, WA, USA- 2+ years of professional or military experience
      - 2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
      - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics,
      - Transportation, Business, Transportation, or Technical related field from an accredited university.
      - 2+ years' experience using basic to intermediate Excel functions (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, etc.) - Experience in root-cause analysis.
      - Basic SQL querying knowledge.- Experience with end-to-end project management

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $35,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $84,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
