      Responsibilities:

      • In this fully proficient role, the incumbent analyzes moderately complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
      • Provides technical guidance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
      • Configures system settings and options.
      • Executes unit, integration and acceptance testing and assists in creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
      • Designs details of automated systems.
      • May act as liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
      Requirements:
      • Maintains knowledge of evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives or enhancements.
      • Prepares communications and makes presentations on system alternatives or enhancements.
      • Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
      • Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
      • Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost.
      • Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes.
      • May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements.
      • Technical/functional) required: SQL, Power bi, Excel/ability to create reports from the data stored in our system.
      • Technical Writing
      • Ability to create good working relationship with different personalities.
      Education:
      • Bachelor's
