- Evaluate and meet business needs for assigned applications.
- Align business strategy with application capabilities and design workflows.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and support lifecycle business processes.
- Define product and process requirements to balance manual processes and automation.
- Ensure a stable and scalable application infrastructure.
- Develop programmatic solutions using RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Nintex Foxtrot).
- Manage conversion planning, testing, and training during system changes or mergers.
- Ensure compliance with information security requirements and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Support Project Management to deliver application and system tasks efficiently.
- Participate in strategic discussions about loan and deposit-related software applications.
- Update the IT Strategic Plan with deposit application-related roadmaps and initiatives.
- Identify and pursue integration opportunities for efficiency.
- Collaborate with the IT Project Management team on initiatives affecting loan and deposit systems.
- Ensure adherence to change management controls and compliance documentation.
- Work with IT Relationship Managers to develop and execute plans for software solutions.
- Participate in user groups for key vendors and drive development efforts.
- Build beneficial relationships with peer banks to leverage common knowledge and experience.
- Experience:
- 10+ years in IT, Banking, or Bank Operations.
- Experience with banking core systems (e.g., Fiserv Premier).
- Proven track record in application implementations and upgrades.
- Expertise in designing and implementing business processes.
- Skilled in developing training and testing plans.
- Proficient in RPA tools and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong understanding of deposit, loan, and general ledger accounting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable items for technology teams.
- Superior project management skills with creative, analytical, and strategic thinking.
- Ability to influence and move towards a common vision or goal.
- Flexible, adaptable, and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Commitment to compliance and regulatory training.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
- Ability to prioritize work in changing situations.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with RPA tools.
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
About the Role:
Join our team as a Business Process Senior Analyst and play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing software applications that benefit our Bank, customers, and employees. You'll provide visionary leadership to define and transform business processes, ensuring our systems deliver maximum value. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to design applications and workflows, and manage key relationships with vendors and business units. Reporting to the Director of Business Process Optimization, you'll work closely with IT departments to support and maintain our applications.What You’ll Do:

Travel: Up to 20% travel required.
