Consult on complex initiatives and multi-faceted business execution strategies

Review and rewrite internal control procedures within the Earn and Account Management domain

Conduct deep-dive evaluations to identify redundancies and gaps

Interview key personnel — product managers, engineers, control owners — to understand procedural logic

Design a sustainable process for monitoring control effectiveness

Establish a repeatable framework to support internal and external audit responses

Ensure procedural alignment with company policies and regulatory standards

5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Implementation

Strong knowledge of control procedures, audit processes, and policy alignment

Experience working in financial services, particularly with credit card products or rewards systems

Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Proven ability to manage compliance-driven transformations in high-volume environments

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (including consulting, military, or training background)
