What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Improve Customer Care processes to enhance employee and customer satisfaction
- Implement Lean methodologies to streamline procedures
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive continuous improvement culture
- Support the development of Lean processes and continuous improvement
- Optimize CTS processes to enhance product quality and efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience
- Lean training and advanced certifications preferred
- 2 years’ experience in customer service/call center operations
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of ACD telephony systems such as Genesys
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with WhatMom, WhatSon, ExSellerator, SharePoint
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Genesys ACD Telephony
- Ability to learn lean methodology and apply Six Sigma tools
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Skilled at creating a cooperative team environment
