  Business Process Innovation - Process Mining Senior Consultant

  Business Process Innovation is a new team and capability which is positioned at the heart of Amadeus Digital Transformation and with the purpose to provide significant impact in the way we design, run and monitor Amadeus core processes.

  The Business Process Innovation Expert / Process Mining will be the source of inspiration of significant changes to be implemented in our operations thanks to sound thought leadership and influencing skills.

  As such, s/he will be responsible to enable the effective operation and evolution of our end-to-end enterprise processes and data flows that deliver strategical value and meaningful results for our Business and a positive end user experiences for our staff and our Customers.

  S/he will develop and maintain a trusted partnership with Business Leaders and Business Process Owners to proactively identify current business processes improvement opportunities and collaborate in defining and implementing streamlined end-to-end processes through transformation initiatives and tactical engagements.

  To do so, s/he will leverage, amongst other state of the art capabilities and technologies, top tier process mining solutions (Celonis) that will enable to provide insights based on data and business metrics.

  Design the leanest processes possible for Amadeus!

  • Act as the principal Digital Transformation Services (DTS) point of contact for business process management for specific Business Lines, Business Unit or Corporate Function, ensuring alignment on objectives and strategy to maintain (run), improve (grow) and transform core business processes: Customer Relationships Management, Customer Services, Revenue Operations, Finance…
  • Partner with Business Process Owners to develop a shared end-to-end vision of core business processes, their maturity level and a strategy, plan, and governance to progressively improve maturity through process mining, automation and E2E integration
  • Partner with business counterparts to drive the definition and synchronization of the different Business Operating Model elements, considering roles and responsibilities as per process design.
  • Partner with Business Process Owners to define and analyze Process Performance and SLAs, Process Adoption Rates, and metrics to quantify and measure inefficiencies.

  Contribute to the creation of the new Business Process Innovation team and capabilities!

  • Contribute to the implementation of our framework and ways of working on Business Process Management with corresponding templates / documents
  • Refine the governance and operating model for process modelling with ARIS: define the breakdown structure of processes and make it consistent with Amadeus Value Streams, define the required level of granularity, define the governance / the operating model and the RACI for maintaining and updating the process referential with key business stakeholders (e.g GPO, BPO,...)
  • Support team ramp-up on Process Mining: propose ways to have the team ramping up on lean practices (e.g training, workshops, serious games...)
  • Create the DNA of the team ! Support the onboarding of new comers in the team

  • Design, implement and deploy new business process management technologies and practices with top technologies like Celonis.
  • Leverage state of the art automation capabilities to enable time savings and productivity gains such as Uipath and Microsoft automation solutions
  • Explore and deploy new process innovation capabilities leveraging Generative AI (Microsoft Copilot,…)

  Your skills!

  • Ability to build trusted relationships, building credibility as key partner within each Business Unit / Business Line / Corporate Function.
  • Business value and purpose focus, skilled in connecting strategic business intents and efficiency levers to execution with an end-to-end perspective
  • Thought leadership and influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills (both presenting, writing, and speaking), and great data story teller.
