This position will be 100% remote and the selected applicant must be based in the United States.
What You Will Do:
The selected individual will be accountable for ensuring overall supplier performance by demonstrating project management skills. They will need to be a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives, and be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal administration, including supplier management.The candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and executing supply chain strategies and plans. They will serve as the liaison between multiple internal stakeholders, members of the procurement organization, and suppliers.
The candidate will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of all material strategies and supply chain targets. The Supply Chain Business Process Analyst will serve as the leader for supply chain activities, and will advise their management as well as the Digital Technologies stakeholders on material status, strategies, and plans.The candidate will lead front end of the business SCM activities including early supply chain management involvement and early supplier involvement. The position requires a team member who will be able to exert impact and have an effect on the overall objectives and long range goals of the program team.
The candidate will need to be adaptable in an ever changing environment while providing creative solutions to newly arising challenges.
Qualifications You Must Have:
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contractTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to problem solve and suggest process improvements
Attention to detail and ability to meet simultaneous deadlines
Experience with MS Office (i.e. Word, Power Point, Excel and Project).
Supply chain or business experience
Be able to make our customers (internal and external) feel listened to, and help them with their needs.
Experience with developing and analyzing performance metrics as well as experience proactively addressing associated program and functional issues
Basic understanding of Program/Project Management techniques
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
Basic understanding or familiarity with JIRA
Excellent ability to learn to navigate new computer systems and programs

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
