What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
- Support configuration of the agency management system (AMS) and document all processes and procedures
- Participate in regional workgroups to define requirements and improve business processes, workflows, and data standards
- Maintain documentation and business process artifacts for training and reference purposes
- Identify knowledge gaps and facilitate successful AMS onboarding and training for regional teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
- Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in task requirements
- Solution-focused team player with effective communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits
- Experience with client relationship, agency, and learning management systems (CRM, AMS, LMS)
- Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
- Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
- Enthusiastic engagement with cross-functional work teams and leaders
