      Overview

      This role will lead the development of our digital solutions for the AFH team inside Pepsi. An ideal candidate needs to have experience in sales organization and product management. Understanding and experience in building processes is also key. CRM analytics management experience is needed.

      The NA Sales Technologies Frontline Sales team delivers industry leading business processes and technology solutions to over 30,000 NA employees with recent expanding scope into Global technology frameworks. The solutions will deliver transformative sales and leading capabilities to mobile users to improve growth, productivity, and user engagement.


      The AFH Digital Transformation Sr Manager will support transformation through simplification of business processes and technology solutions such as Salesforce. The candidate will support the design, testing, and development of Technology Innovation for current and future capabilities.


      The AFH Digital Transformation Sr Manager possesses deep domain expertise and extensive experience collaborating with diverse teams, including software developers, testers, and extended teams like Shared Services and Sales teams. This role requires strong collaboration skills, as the manager partners with various stakeholders, including Sales, Commercial IT, Global S&T, Global Digital Products & Services, Global D&A, Demand Accelerator Teams, and Technology Vendors. Responsibilities include discovery, driving business process, defining user stories, conducting user acceptance testing, championing the user's perspective, and implementing changes


      Responsibilities

      • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to drive growth and efficiency.
      • Identify emerging trends and innovation opportunities, shaping long-term digital roadmaps to maintain a competitive edge.
      • Lead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to optimize performance, improve customer experiences, and streamline processes.
      • Monitor KPIs and trends to assess digital impact, identify opportunities, and drive continuous optimization.
      • Support change management and stakeholder collaboration to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and alignment with business goals.
      • Drive agile development, leading user story definition, backlog refinement, testing, documentation, and training while ensuring solutions address business needs.
      • Advocate for end users, gathering and analyzing requirements through workshops, defining pain points, and prioritizing features that deliver business value.
      • Balance usability and performance, collaborating with developers and SMEs to refine solutions and recommend trade-offs.
      • Integrate and optimize analytics, embedding data-driven decision-making into business processes.
      • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring clarity on priorities, change impact, and value delivery.
      • Champion agile methodologies, actively driving best practices and adoption across teams.

      Compensation and Benefits:

      • The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.
      • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
      • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
      • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

      Qualifications

      • +5 years of experience in sales field leaders in CPG organization, Sales Away from Home experience preferred
      • or 7+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment
      • Sales experienced manager with some product management experience
      • Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
      • Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
      • Experience managing daily technical and design direction
      • Bachelor’s degree required
      • Demonstrate proactive learning, critical thinking, strong analytical, creative problem solving
      • Good verbal communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
      • Strong skills to convey functional details accurately in a well-structured and precise manner that describe end user problems and solutions
      • Proven problem-solving skills while also being logical and analytical
      • User-centric mindset and instinctual user empathy
      • Ability to work well with changing priorities and demonstration of flexibility
      • Ability to collaborate with, present/demo to, coach, and influence others within team and key Executive stakeholders
      • Ability to work with a team on tasks with minimal supervision, lead others and manage one's time/juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment; leadership training completions
      • Demonstrated ability to develop good working relationships and educate business sponsors, business partners inside and outside the PFNA sector teams to include Global partners
      • Must be authorized to work in the United States
