What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide production support for daily accumulation fallout of NRT production support based on Business requests
- Analyze and triage accumulation fallout for resolution
- Coordinate and monitor configuration corrections with Business partners for resolution to accums fallout
- Assist with Individual Stop Loss inquiries/Audits and recommend adjustments for ISL to UW and Billing
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to define how Facets data populates data stores and support downstream applications and processes

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven with the ability to meet specified turnaround timelines
- Demonstrated leadership skills
