What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee vendor lifecycle management, including due diligence, risk assessments, and performance monitoring
- Partner with subject matter experts and business lines to ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards
- Develop and maintain risk metrics, dashboards, and reports to track vendor performance and risk exposure
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate vendor risks
- Support audits and exams as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk
- OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in vendor management, third-party risk, procurement, or governance
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, technology)
- Knowledge of risk techniques, practices, and control frameworks
- Familiarity with regulatory guidance pertaining to enterprise risk and operational risk
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with vendor risk management platforms (e.g., Archer, OneTrust, ProcessUnity)
