      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the administration of the City's Equal Business Opportunity Program (EBOP) and Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) Program
      - Review applications and make certification recommendations for the EBOP and SLBE Programs
      - Ensure compliance with ordinances by reviewing bidder documentation and issuing compliance reports
      - Generate and maintain accurate financial and compliance reports for the SLBE and EBOP databases
      - Plan and conduct outreach events and training for SLBE and UBE vendors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a directly related field
      - Minimum of two years of professional experience in a related area
      - Strong analytical skills for reviewing and processing forms and applications
      - Proficient in data entry and report generation
      - Excellent communication skills for engaging with vendors and city departments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in local government or municipality operations
      - Background in supplier-diversity programs
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
      - Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
      - Experience with financial reporting and compliance analysis
