Job Description

- Support the underwriting team in day-to-day demands and administrative processes.
- Analyze received documentation.
- Assist and support brokers to provide a quality service.
- Follow-up on demands.
- Manage internal processes and controls.
- Analyze processes to help the business and develop improvements for the team.
- Define requirements and participate in tests to support systemic development.
- 1-3 years of experience in insurance, operations/underwriting.
- General knowledge and/or exposure to other insurance disciplines, whether in operations or underwriting.
- Technical Skills Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook (Power BI would be a plus);
- Knowledge of Insurance in General; Experience with Brokers/Insurance Companies;
- Knowledge of Workflow; Customer Service;
- English/Spanish (Intermediate) desirable;
- Graduated or currently studying: Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Insurance Management or Actuarial Science.
