  About the role

  This position is limited to 1 year as maternity leave cover.

  What you will do

  • Monthly closing and deviation analysis incl . follow-up of KPI development and driving corrective actions

  • Work together with the GBS and IT stakeholders to provide Budget , Forecast and a regular performance outlook

  • Support deci sion ma king process with financial calculation for respective stakeholders

  • Chal le nge and pro vide fu ll value chain insights to the GBS and IT stakeholders , and act as Business Partner with a holistic perspective in order to capture stakeholders needs

  • University degree in business/economics or equivalent with a minimum 2-3 years of professional experience within Finance & Controlling

  • Experience wit h workin g in an international environment and Business mindset and acumen

  • Excellent an alyt ical skills and a dvanced knowledge of Excel, SAP, BW and PowerBI preferred

  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, lead and influence people across different disciplines, cultures and positions

  • The passion to take strong ownership and ambitiously deliver on or beyond agreed goals and aspirations

  • Effective English communication skills (verbal and written) wi th t he abilit y to talk to all levels of the organization and across different cultural backgrounds
