      About the Role:

      We have an exciting opportunity to support our Business Services team as a Business Services Coordinator based in Shelton, CT. The Business Services Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of Subway's workspace with a focus on reception and internal meeting/event coordination.

      Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Manage/support guest reception. Assessing visitor needs and resolving inquiries.
      • Supports the planning and execution of internal meetings and events. Liase with departments to relay messages, resolve scheduling issues, and trouble shoot last minute information gaps.
      • Assist with the purchase, stocking and coordination supplies.
      • Assist with safety and security related tasks and associated equipment, ensuring proper sign in procedures/protocols are enforced with sound judgment.
      • Assist Business Services Manager with general oversight and support of the workspace.
      • Supports ensuring clean, organized, professional work environment fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere through reliable communication and proactive problem solving.

      Qualifications:

      • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or similar degree preferred.
      • Must have previous experience in office/workplace support.
      • Must have strong customer service skills and guest relations experience.
      • Ability to work independently.
      • Organized/process oriented.
      • Ability to quickly identify and resolve unexpected issues to ensure minimal disruptions
      • Ability to prioritize and provide solution oriented approach
      • Ability to work in fast paced environment and proactive communication.
      • Previous meeting and event support experience preferred.
      • Must have a strong proficiency of Microsoft applications.

      Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
