      Hourly base pay rate is $17.45 - $26.11/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

      Job Description

      This position works with the Office Supervisor/Manager supporting the general office function of the Auction, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all sales paperwork and documents, and assists customers with problems that may arise in the sales process.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Balancing of all sales and daily bank deposits.

      • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any problems that may occur in the sales process.

      • Provide accurate and friendly service to dealers and interact with other departments as necessary to resolve customer problems.

      • Monitor DMV laws, stay up-to-date on new regulations and ensure conformity with DMV regulations.

      • Assist with resolving title issues.

      • Maintain and monitor office equipment.

      • Maintain and communicate inventory and ordering of office supplies.

      • May help with other duties, assist vendors, and answer questions regarding procedures and services, etc.

      • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.

      • Work in cooperation and support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

      • Set an example in behavior, championing Cox/Manheim values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect.

      • Follow company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct.

      • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent required and 3 years office experience; or any degree/certification beyond high school and 1 year of experience; or 5 years of experience in a related field.

      • Working knowledge of multi-state title & DMV requirements.

      • Strong communication and interaction skills required.

      • Effective and competent office management, and organizational skills required.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel including AS400 essential.

      • Must be well-organized, thorough, and attentive to details.

      • Must be a self-starter able to work problems through to successful completion.

      • Ability to work well with others and maintain focus and productivity under compressed deadlines is required.

      • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.

      • Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and depth perception

      Preferred

      • Experience in the automobile industry or the Auction business preferred.

      Benefits

      Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
