Learn to run and administer the NVIDIA CRM application, Salesforce.com, and become an authority in the application.
Work on issues of the highest complexity and strategic value where analysis of situation and/or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
Audit and maintain processes to ensure the accuracy of the data quality within the Salesforce.com database.
Build, run, and analyze reports and dashboards & in doing so provide insight into the business.
You will be responsible for systems roll-out and organizational change, including new process definition, training, launch, and adoption.
Analyze and document business requirements across multiple departments and systems.
Redesign and improve existing sales and operational processes as the organization evolves.
Manage ad hoc requests regarding reports, processes, requests for assistance, and general support.
Continuous identification of opportunities for process improvement.
Assist sales management in understanding and resolving process bottlenecks and inconsistencies towards operational excellence.
BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
8+ years of previous sales operations and/or finance experience or equivalent
Advanced level Excel skills
Experience with salesforce.com
Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision.
Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough
Effective in managing time and capable of balancing multiple demands and competing challenges.
Experience with direct, indirect, and cloud sales models
SFDC admin certification
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade -- using simple communication that conveys sophisticated concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way.

The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD.
