What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the research, development, and maintenance of coverage forms
- Ensure timely and compliant filings and implement approved forms and rates
- Collaborate in the development of the Product Roadmap, including prioritization and scheduling
- Coordinate communication of product and rate changes to internal staff and external parties
- Participate in the selection and implementation of tools and systems to support product management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training and/or experience
- Eight (8) years of Commercial Underwriting and Product Management experience, preferably in the Non-profit or Religious Organization areas
- Four (4) years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compare data and prepare objective reports
- Thorough understanding of the Commercial Property and Casualty environment
