      The Consumer Client Experience and Governance team is responsible for delivering responsible growth by focusing on the client to transform the business and manage risk. The Business Enablement and Initiative Management team within Consumer Client Experience and Governance, is accountable for the day-to-day business of the team in partnership with key partners (HR, Finance, etc.), providing client-level insights tied to demographics, behaviors and relationships, and manages cross-functional initiatives that improve performance.

      Job Description:

      The Business Strategy & Intelligence Manager role reports to the Head of Business Enablement and Initiative Management and will be responsible for both leading new cross-functional initiatives from development to execution as well as communicate the overall Consumer Client Experience and Governance narrative tied to changes made to improve performance across the team and programs.

      Responsibilities:

      - Partner with lines of business and business partners to drive results and ensure successful implementation of initiatives

      - Lead the creation and delivery of robust project plans with ongoing reporting to highlight progress to goal and results

      - Create playbooks and guides to ensure repeatable processes are in place to achieve successful handoff of efforts once established

      - Leverage data and insights to communicate growth and importance of efforts

      - Facilitate collaboration and coordination across teams to explore and prioritize opportunities

      Required qualifications:

      • 5+ years leading cross-functional, strategic initiatives to deliver high impact outcomes.
      • Expert communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written), able to concisely summarize key observations, clearly articulate considerations, and propose solutions and next steps.
      • Strong ability to collaborate and engage across functions and business lines and build strong working relationships with business partners at all levels of management – be someone others want to work with
      • Ability to succeed in in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with multiple priorities, and limited supervision.
      • Exhibits a strong drive for results and success, demonstrates a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes, and routinely exceeds expectations.

      Desired qualifications:

      Background in program management, change management and data analytics. Knowledge of Consumer and Small Business organization
