What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct and coordinate financial, operational, and market research to support strategic planning
- Develop forecasts to aid in the formulation of plans and strategies
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with the business community and agency customers
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of business operations, making recommendations for improvements
- Compile, analyze, and report on data findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in communication, English, or public relations from an accredited college or university AND two (2) years of related experience in Child Support Services
- One (1) year of experience at the lower level Business Support Analyst 1 (GSP130) may be considered
- Equivalent combinations of education, experience, training, or certifications may be accepted
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment in decision-making

- Experience working in a public service or human services environment
- Knowledge of child support systems and policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management or administrative support roles
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting software
