      The wage range for this position is $49950 to $66600 Annually, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

      The Presort Services Business Support Analyst is a vital, multi-role support position, who works collaboratively with business users, development teams and/or customer representative who are mid to executive level. The Presort Services Business Support Analyst is a subject matter expert for a selected business group. The decisions or recommendations made by this position affects user data, systems functionality and are directly attributable to the continued success of Pitney Bowes Presort Services.

      You will:

      In this role, you will join our Presort Services Team. You will be responsible for:

      • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, develop/build and test requirement for existing and new functionality in support of the company’s proprietary core, operational, billing, information system and reporting applications (POInTS, PROLink, Center Ops, My Account, JNS, etc.)
      • Partner with key business owners to become a trusted resource, provide analysis, documentation, and reporting
      • Support the user group, as necessary
      • Provide interface support, and communicate data anomalies to drive revenue and/or mitigate costs
      • Proactively support the change management process for system life cycles
      • Advocate for business requirements, perform gap/process analysis and monitor performance to ensure continual business improvement
      • Collaborate with peers and SMEs via professional communication channels
      • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by providing user support and act as a general resource for a variety of company requests
      • Partner with developers, system administrators, instructional designers, and SMEs to translate technical data and procedures into well thought out, comprehensive requirements documents/tickets
      • Perform gap analysis and define best practices to ensure solutions meet business needs
      • Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining technical/user documentation, procedural documentation and/or user application guides
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key success metrics, project scope and project timelines to allow for effective development and delivery of requirement documentation for existing and new functionality

      Your background:

      As a Business Support Analyst, Presort Services you have:

      • An exceptional understanding of process/task analysis
      • Mid to executive level subject matter expert (SME) and provide product support for the company’s business applications
      • Experience as a Business Support Analyst or similar role with over 3 years mid to executive level experience
      • The ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Experience in change management processes and/or application system life cycle/support functions
      • Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
      • Excellent advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Problem resolution skills; analytical skills; organization and project management skills
      • Previous business support, product support, project management, customer experience or similar experience a plus
      • A Bachelor's degree or related work experience
