About The Role
We have a new development opportunity for a Business Support Officer to join the Integrated Commissioning Team for adults.
This is an exciting time in Integrated Commissioning as we prepare to implement new neighbourhood contracts for home care. The neighbourhood model of care benefits clients through greater integration, continuity of care and use of community assets.
The Business Support Officer will work as part of the project team for implementing the neighbourhood home care service.
We are looking for someone professional, proactive and customer focused, who will work flexibly to provide comprehensive business support as required. Duties may include responding to telephone and postal queries from Lambeth clients, mailbox management, data processing, caseload management, meeting arrangements and note taking.
