What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare project management reports and meeting minutes
- Organize all project documentation and artifacts including contracts, budgets, and schedules
- Support the project management team on various projects and assignments
- Ensure compliance with all employer policies and procedures
- Maintain and support project management tools, systems, and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of facilities or construction experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of practical experience in a relevant field
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executive-level clients
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
- Knowledge of the construction or commercial real estate industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments
- Familiarity with project management technology
- Certifications such as FMP or PMP
