What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish objectives for projects, analyze data, and recommend solutions
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Collaborate with various teams to understand and document client business requirements
- Create and maintain documentation such as process maps, workflow diagrams, and business requirements
- Communicate project status and activities to management effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of related work experience
- Experience working with/leading an Agile team and individual project ownership
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Share Point, Project, and Office suite
- Ability to pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience leveraging Monday.com for project management and reporting
- Experience managing small teams of 4 or more direct reports
