Job Description
- Req#: 25764R
- Maintain data integrity within one or more systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve more complex systems issues.
- Ensure data and tasks are accurate in one or more systems.
- Test and validate system updates and upgrades.
- Maintain end user privileges and rights in systems access by adding, removing or modifying end user profiles.
- Gather pertinent information about a problem by analyzing data and patterns and identifying underlying issues.
- Research and recommend detailed solutions to resolve problems.
- Complete end users' requests and tickets.
- Think holistically to identify opportunities around policies and processes to increase efficiencies across organizational boundaries.
- Ensure that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of customer requirements
- Identify technical issues and provide data to support solutions.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience is required.
- Development experience with SQL, T-SQL, PowerBI and Sharepoint required.
- Experience with full software development life cycle (SDLC) preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce platforms and K2 Smartforms preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.

Summary:
In this role, you will input and manage provider and contract data. You will support technical staff to identify system deficiencies, analyze problems and solutions to conclude and implement corrective actions.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$59,600.00 - $86,450.00This position is also incentive eligible.
