What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and validate customer contracts ensuring compliance with internal guidelines
- Maintain data accuracy across systems by validating contract documents against Salesforce data
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance on deal structuring and pricing support
- Own the setup and updates of customer licensing for closed-won and churned opportunities
- Drive process improvements through cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role focused on systems development, process automation, or data management
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other go-to-market platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and automation platforms
- Ability to understand and support legal and commercial contract processes within a SaaS environment
