What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
- Participate in Agile scrum teams in various roles throughout the software development life cycle
- Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impacts
- Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing accurate documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT
- Thorough understanding of end systems impact of changes across multiple systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Agile methodology and project management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
- Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
