What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform systems and data analysis, providing production support for company applications and administration systems
- Lead limited profile projects and gather, analyze, document, and validate business stakeholder needs
- Create functional requirement documents to assist developers in achieving project goals
- Develop training materials and facilitate training on new systems and process implementations
- Track support issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions for large group initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 6 months to 2 years of programming, systems analysis, or business analysis experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with LOMA courses or a Master’s degree
- Proven analytical and problem-solving experience
- Configuration experience with Enterprise applications
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices
- Experience with process mapping and documentation
