What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze essential performance data for the service desk
- Engage clients, partners, and leadership regarding assessments and findings
- Provide assistance with developing and updating KPI's and SLA's
- Review calls/call performance to note key trends or performance gaps
- Produce formal reporting and presentations as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in System Support, Analytics, or Operations Support
- High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in System Support, Analytics, or Operations Support
- Ability to run reports/inquiries/dashboards with ITSM tools like Service Now
- Knowledge and experience with Excel, Power BI, and other analysis tools
- Knowledge of key products and services supported by ATS (Windows, Network, Computer Hardware, peripherals)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in IT Service Desk, Operations Reporting, or Service Now
