      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications
      - Gather and validate business/technology requirements to define project scope and impact
      - Create systems and business process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts for developers and project teams
      - Monitor and review IT service levels in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs)
      - Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
      - 2 – 4 years of related experience or equivalent experience demonstrating applicable knowledge and skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL queries
      - Experience in writing Business Requirement Documents
      - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT)
      - Familiarity with developing strategies for enhancing requirement gathering processes
      - Background in writing and maintaining user documentation
      - Skills in analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes
      - Knowledge of IT service management and service-level agreements
