What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and business processes related to assigned testing areas
- Collaborate with business partners to clarify requirements and ensure technical teams have necessary information
- Work with technical staff and vendors to ensure components are properly tested within the overall solution
- Create comprehensive test scenarios and detailed test cases, including test data and expected results
- Assist in deployment and migration efforts to ensure smooth transitions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in quality assurance with experience leading small to medium testing efforts for large ERP and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Smartsheet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some experience/familiarity with requirements gathering and preparing documentation for training and knowledge sharing
- Working knowledge of various System Development Life Cycle methodologies (e.g., agile, iterative, waterfall)
- Knowledge of database concepts and proficiency with MS SQL
