What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain expertise in assigned business areas and applications
- Gather and analyze information to provide recommendations for business objectives
- Lead requirements definition and documentation in collaboration with business partners
- Perform design, configuration, and ongoing system administration for enterprise applications
- Support deployment, migration efforts, and testing processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in gathering functional requirements and providing system support for large ERP applications
- 2+ years of experience with Workday Payroll, including US Multi State Payroll and postproduction support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience with Absence and Time Tracking in Workday
- Familiarity with multi-national organizations and systems
- Proficient in Workday Report Writing or similar tools
- Knowledge of various System Development Life Cycle methodologies (e.g., agile, iterative, waterfall)
- Familiarity with project management processes and concepts
