What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Elicit requirements from end-users for interface, data conversion, and/or data cleanse activities
- Assist with documenting requirements, design specifications, and data conversion and cleanse plans
- Analyze legacy and target system data and conduct reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with other analysts to understand business processes and legacy system data
- Provide functional support for testing and troubleshoot application operation and data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled and actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Ability to obtain and pass a Tier 2 MBI background check
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-starter with a quick learning ability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Previous internship/co-op or work experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
