- Analyze integrated and extensive datasets to extract value, which directly impacts and influences business decisions
- Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to identify areas of value, develop solutions
- Deliver insights to reduce overall cost of care for members and improve their clinical outcomes
- Experience with scripting languages (SQL preferably)
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and Power Automate
- Knowledge of programming concepts such as Software Design, Data Structures and Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming
- Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy under pressure and fast-paced environment

Position Purpose:
The internship will give you the opportunity to work with the Strategic Governance and Portfolio team and partner with the Senior/Lead BSA to elicit requirements that will be used by the development teams to build the technical solutions that fulfills the business needs.

Experience/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in Computer Information Systems, Business/Data Analytics, or a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
